SHIPPING

Standard shipping is free for orders over 300,00€ with Customs Duty always charged to the buyer.

Shipping is charged to the buyer for orders less than €300,00:
– Italy 10,00€
– EU countries 15,00€
– non-EEC countries 21,00€.

Please note for UK, Norway and Switzerland customers, Customs Duty and Import VAT will be charged and are due prior to delivery.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except holidays. Estimated delivery time is within 3-7 days.

 

RETURNS, WITHDRAWALS & EXCHANGES

120% Lino gladly accepts returns and withdrawals. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have changed your mind, you may return or withdraw it within 15 days by contacting our Customer Care team at customercare@120percento.com. If you want to proced with a withdrawal, please click here.

Shipping and customs costs are covered by 120% Lino only in the case of faulty products or manufacturing defects. In all other cases, return shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and size exchanges from EU and non-EEC countries are at the customer’s expense.
